Shipping

We ship all received orders once or twice a week. You can always contact us to make sure you have your purchase on time. All products are wrapped with the utmost care. Please note; we recycle used packaging. This means that you can receive an already used cardboard box as an outer box. Of course we make sure that your order inside is nicely packed.

Prices are based on weight and destination. A guide to these can be seen in the tables below.
 
We utilize POSTNL for orders shipping within The Netherlands and to ship all international orders. Shipping fees are calculated automatically by weight. You will be able to choose and view your shipping method and handling fees at checkout before you complete your order. All customers will be provided with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Note: shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping overseas. For any other questions, please contact email@northernism.com.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition. For shipping orders, returned items must be returned to us within 12 days of the item delivery date, in their original condition. 
  
We highly recommend that you insure all returned packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. 
  
All returns must be approved by Northernism. Please send an email to email@northernism.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason for your return. Only then return shipping costs are refunded to the customer.

Please note that Northernism does not accept returns for sale items.
